"Some weeks back I was referred to Gallagher and Murphy-specifically Lisa-at the urging of a friend who knows I don't like change but who also knew I was unhappy with the current carrier. Lisa was very attentive, asked questions, listened to what I was looking for and more importantly was patient, not pushy and not trying to sell me anything. She asked me to give her a few days and when she got back to me she not only had better options but she took the time to explain every question I had after reviewing the material. It was a great experience from the onset and one that allowed me to make the switch with ease. I definitely will be referring Lisa and Gallagher and Murphy to others moving forward."
